Requirements for registration of articles submitted to the editorial office of the Journal "NORTH-EASTERN JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES"

The Journals publishes articles that present the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of languages, history and culture of the indigenous peoples of North Asia, including works of a comparative nature. Articles in Russian or English are accepted for publication. Papers should contain new factual data or theoretical propositions that have not been published before. Review articles are not accepted for publication. Works submitted or accepted for publication in other printed publications or electronic media are not accepted for publication.

The volume of the scientific article, including illustrations and references, should be 12-24 pages (20,000 - 40,000 typographical units). Articles of greater or lesser length are accepted in agreement with the editors. Articles should be well edited and thoroughly checked.

The manuscript should be written in MS Word, A4, line spacing must be 1,5 (font Times Sakha or Times New Roman, 14 pt.) with margins: top, bottom and left - 2 cm, right - 1,5 cm Paragraph indention - 1,25 cm. Hyphenation, AutoFormat and Tabulation in the articles are not allowed.

Writing abstract an article in Russian and English (at least 150 words). At the end of the abstract write keywords (5 - 10 words). The abstract should not contain references to sections, formulas, figures, numbers of cited literature. It should reflect the main results of the work, and not be a formal description of the article, i.e. be brief, but meaningful. It is recommended that the abstract in English represents the main content of the article, it must not contain general words and is a copy of the Russian-language annotation. At first gives the initials and surname(s) of the author(s), then the title of the article and abstract.

No abbreviations, except for the generally accepted ones, are allowed in the text and tables. All tables must have headings and end-to-end numbering within the article, denoted by Arabic numerals, without the N sign (for example, Table 1). The text of the table must be printed in two intervals; the contents of the tables should not duplicate the text.

Tables should be typed in book format, Times New Roman in size not more than 10 and not less than 8. The table size must not exceed one page (together with the title, possible footnotes and notes).

Drawings should be made in the program Photoshop or jpg. files. Photos must be in the original of good quality. The resolution of the image on digital and scanned photographs must be at least 300 dpi.

The captions should not be included in the drawing. They are typed in a separate list with the number of the figure.

The literature and sources used to write the article are given after the text in a separate list in alphabetical order. The reference to the literature in the text must be given in square brackets on the title of the work or on the author's surname and the year of publication with the indication of a particular page, if quoted [Ivanov, 1991, p. 3]. If there are several authors with the same surname, initials are given in brackets. If several works of one author published in the same year are used, when referring to the text and the list for about a year, the letter is put: Petrov, 1996 a, b.

Authors should include the following information after the text: surname, first name, patronymic, postal and electronic addresses (for correspondence), place of work, position held, academic degree, academic title, telephone number (office, home or mobile).

The Editorial Board has the right to make editorial changes that do not distort the content of the article.

Before the title of the article it is necessary to specify the UDC index.

All articles will be tested by the anti-plagiarism program, (it is allowed to have well-designed loans in amounts not exceeding 30% of the total volume of the manuscript), they are reviewed and, by the decision of the Editorial Board, are approved for publication. The original articles are not returned to authors.
