The mission of the scientific Journal "NORTH-EASTERN JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES" is the introduction into scientific circulation and popularization in the Russian Federation and abroad of the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of languages, history and culture of the indigenous peoples of North Asia.

Tasks of the Journal:

• - accumulation and translation of the latest information and the best practices of Russian and Foreign authors;

• - acquaintance of all interested readers with relevant research achievements and developments;

• - providing professional communication opportunities to a wide circle of researchers and specialists in the field of Humanitarian North Studies;

• - establishment and development of scientific relations between Russian and Foreign scientists;

• - promoting the professional growth of young researchers, their integration into the scientific community.

The basis of the policy of the Journal "NORTH-EASTERN JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES" is the principle of openness of the publication for authors and readers. "NORTH-EASTERN JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES" - Open Access Journal: all users can absolutely freely and for free read, download, copy, transmit, and also refer to published materials in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

Information about all articles published in the Journal is stored in the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.ru. Full articles are also presented on the journal page. Currently, the Journal "NORTH-EASTERN JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES" is distributed in the Russian Federation according to the Russian Post Catalog, as well as by sending required copies through the Russian Book Chamber (ITAR-TASS). An electronic subscription is possible through the Journal.

Any author can be published in the Journal, regardless of place of residence, nationality, or academic degree, who has submitted previously unpublished material that is not intended for simultaneous publication in other publications. Reception of articles for publication in the journal is carried out continuously.

Subject material in the Journal is grouped into the following sections:

• - History and Archeology;

• - Linguistics;

• - Literary Criticism and Folklore Studies.

There is no fee for publishing scientific articles and other materials in the Journal "NORTH-EASTERN JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES" from all categories of authors.

The right of authorship belongs to the authors of the articles. Non-exclusive rights to use the materials of the Journal "NORTH-EASTERN JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES" belong to the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Federal Research Center "Yakutian Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences" as a founder and publisher. Reprinting of materials in whole or in part, undertaken for educational or research purposes, is possible only with reference to the output of the Journal with the obligatory indication of the authors. When creating, on the basis of articles published in the journal, new, creatively independent production, citation or translation of fragments of articles for the purpose of citation, it is necessary to refer to the sources in compliance with the citation rules.
